It depends on the package, team size, plug-ins, and payment volume. Compare the published prices or vendor quote against Free or the $150/month Founders base plan, plus any Free-plan plug-in slots, add-ons, and processing fees.
Does ToolbagCRM do everything ServiceTitan does?
No. Compare specific workflows before switching. ToolbagCRM provides core customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and payments, with optional active plug-ins. QuickBooks sync, recurring service plans, GPS, and two-way SMS conversations are not current capabilities.
What does Founders include?
Free has no monthly subscription fee and needs no card. Founders is free for the first month, then $150/month base with unlimited standard plug-in slots. On Free, each standard plug-in slot costs $14.99/month. Unlimited users are included. Premium add-ons and card processing are separate.
Is branding included?
Yes. Logo, colors, and custom-domain setup are included in the base product on Free and Founders. You need to configure and verify your domain. Removing the Powered by ToolbagCRM attribution is a separate $25/month add-on.
