What trades is ToolbagCRM built for?
Home-service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, cleaning, pest control, and handyman services. The shared core manages customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and payments. Specialized trade features vary; a trade page is not a promise of built-in compliance tools.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Logo, colors, and custom-domain setup are included in the base product on Free and Founders. You need to configure and verify your domain. Removing the Powered by ToolbagCRM attribution is a separate $25/month add-on.
Does ToolbagCRM support two-way SMS conversations?
ToolbagCRM supports sending SMS to customers. Customer replies do not currently appear in a conversation inbox in the app. Two-way SMS conversations are not included in the current product.
Which features are not available yet?
GPS tracking is coming soon and is not yet available. Time tracking, recurring service agreements and billing, customer online booking, a full customer portal, QuickBooks sync, and financing are not currently offered to new accounts. An AI assistant (Gauge, with chat and voice) is in private preview with invited partners and is not yet generally available. Automatic quote-to-job and deposit workflows are not advertised as current capabilities. Check the marketplace for current availability.
