Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. No card is required for Free. You get the full core CRM — customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, scheduling — with no monthly fee. Payments cost 3% + $0.30 for processing plus a 2% platform fee (5% + $0.30 total). Upgrade to Founders to drop the platform fee.
What happens when Founders pricing ends?
Your $150/month base rate is locked while you stay on Founders. Optional add-ons and payment processing are separate. Changing plans applies the terms of the new plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Start free, upgrade to Founders when you're ready. Or start on Founders and downgrade if you need to. No penalties, no contracts.
Is there a limit on plug-ins?
Founders includes unlimited standard plug-in slots with no per-slot charge. On Free, each standard plug-in slot costs $14.99/month. Unlimited covers currently available standard plug-ins only. Premium add-ons are separate, and unavailable features cannot be activated on any plan.
Could your pricing change later?
The Founders base subscription rate is saved on your account. A later public price change does not change that rate while you stay on the plan. The lock does not mean every add-on or payment-processing charge is included.
Can I use plug-ins on Free?
Yes. Free has no bundled standard plug-in slots; each slot costs $14.99/month. Founders includes unlimited standard plug-in slots. Premium add-ons are separate, and unavailable features cannot be activated.
When is Founders billed, and what if a payment is late?
Founders' first month is free. Your first bill is due at the start of month two, then on the same day each month. If a bill isn't paid, your account keeps full access until the next billing date. Paying late pays for the month already billed and does not move your billing date, so the next invoice still arrives on schedule. Example: start January 1, January is free, and the first bill is due February 1. Paying on February 28 pays for February, and the next invoice arrives March 1. If a bill is still unpaid at the next billing date, the account moves to the Free plan, where the 2% platform fee applies.
