Does ToolbagCRM charge per user?
No. Free and Founders include unlimited users. Plug-in slots, optional add-ons, and payment fees are separate from the number of people on your team.
Can I track customer equipment?
The Customer Equipment plug-in records make, model, serial number, warranty expiry, and service notes. It requires activation and an available standard plug-in slot.
Are maintenance agreements and recurring visits available?
Not for new accounts. You can schedule individual visits in the core CRM; automated recurring services and maintenance contracts are not currently offered.
