What it is
ToolbagCRM keeps your customers, jobs, schedule, invoices and payments in one place. It’s for home-service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, roofing, cleaning, pest control, handyman work. You can read this site in English or Spanish.
Why it exists
A lot of field service software charges more every time you add a technician. We don’t charge per user. Free and Founders both include unlimited users.
Free has no monthly fee and you don’t need a card to start. Founders is free for the first month, then $150 a month base with unlimited standard plug-in slots. Premium add-ons and card processing cost extra. The pricing page lists all of it.
Where it came from
ToolbagCRM started inside a multi-state home-service company. The founding team built and ran that business, and kept hitting the same problems: missed handoffs, systems that didn’t talk to each other, expensive seats, weak tools for the crew in the field, and a customer experience that carried someone else’s brand. ToolbagCRM is the software they wished they’d had.
How we build it
The core is customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, payments and a pricing catalog. The rest is optional plug-ins. Dispatch, Documents, Customer Equipment, Route Planner, Job Checklists and Job Costing are available now, and you only turn on what you use.
We’d rather tell you what’s missing before you sign up. GPS tracking is coming soon and isn’t available yet. SMS only goes out; replies don’t land in an inbox in the app. Time tracking, QuickBooks sync, recurring service agreements, customer online booking and financing aren’t offered to new accounts.
