Landscaping runs on route days. A crew loads the trailer in the morning and works through a list of properties, often the same ones every week. Rain on Tuesday pushes Tuesday's stops into Wednesday, and the whole week shifts.
New work comes in by phone or a neighbor asking over the fence. Spring cleanups, mulch, sod and hardscape jobs get quoted separately. Those quotes often need a site visit and photos before anyone can price them.
Billing has its own rhythm. Some customers pay per visit and some get one invoice at the end of the month. Crews also grow in April and shrink in November.

Can I plan a route?
The Route Planner plug-in lets you organize routes and reorder stops. It requires a plug-in slot. It does not provide automatic traffic-aware route optimization.
Can I automate weekly visits and billing?
Not currently. Schedule visits in the core calendar and send invoices for the work. Recurring services, contracts, and recurring invoices are not available to new accounts.
Is ToolbagCRM cheaper than ServiceTitan?
It depends on the package, team size, plug-ins, and payment volume. Compare the published prices or vendor quote against Free or the $150/month Founders base plan, plus any Free-plan plug-in slots, add-ons, and processing fees.
Does ToolbagCRM do everything ServiceTitan does?
