Can I store job photos and paperwork?
The Documents & Photos plug-in attaches supported files to customers or jobs. It requires a plug-in slot. Dedicated insurance-claim processing and roof-measurement tools are not part of the current product.
Can I create estimates?
Yes. Quotes is part of core, so you can build and send estimates on any plan. Tiered Packages is a separate plug-in that depends on Quotes and uses a standard slot. Financing is not available. Deposit Workflow is a separate optional standard plug-in; creating a deposit invoice does not automatically charge a card.
Is ToolbagCRM cheaper than ServiceTitan?
It depends on the package, team size, plug-ins, and payment volume. Compare the published prices or vendor quote against Free or the $150/month Founders base plan, plus any Free-plan plug-in slots, add-ons, and processing fees.
Does ToolbagCRM do everything ServiceTitan does?
No. Compare specific workflows before switching. ToolbagCRM provides core customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and payments, with optional active plug-ins. QuickBooks sync, recurring service plans, GPS, and two-way SMS conversations are not current capabilities.
