A cleaning business books the same homes again and again. A customer calls for a first deep clean, likes it and asks for every other Friday. Move-outs and post-construction cleans come in as one-off jobs at a higher price.
The details live in people's heads. Which client wants the bedrooms skipped? Where is the key? Is there a dog? When a regular cleaner is out sick, the fill-in needs all of it before they get to the door.
Teams are often two or three people per home. The owner wants each house done the same way and paid for on time.

No. New accounts can schedule individual visits and assign teams in the core calendar. Automated recurring services and customer self-booking are not currently available.
Can I use a checklist on a job?
Yes. Job Checklists & Inspections is an available plug-in for reusable checklists and job records. It requires activation and a standard slot.
Is ToolbagCRM cheaper than Housecall Pro?
It depends on the package, team size, plug-ins, and payment volume. Compare the published prices or vendor quote against Free or the $150/month Founders base plan, plus any Free-plan plug-in slots, add-ons, and processing fees.
Does ToolbagCRM do everything Housecall Pro does?
No. Compare specific workflows before switching. ToolbagCRM provides core customers, jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, and payments, with optional active plug-ins. QuickBooks sync, recurring service plans, GPS, and two-way SMS conversations are not current capabilities.
